How to Register: Upcoming Workshops

  • Simply click the ‘Book Course Online’ button on the course page and complete the checkout process.
  • If your organisation requires an invoice for payment, please e-mail your details to info@tatratraining.com.

Important

  • PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED IN FULL BEFORE YOUR PLACE IS BOOKED.
  • Payments are accepted online by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or PayPal. If you wish to pay via American Express you will need to pay via PayPal.
  • All prices include GST
  • If your organisation needs to pay via direct debit please send an email to info@tatratraining.com in order to request an invoice. Provide detailed instructions in regards to sending the tax invoice, including details for your Accounts Payable/Finance Department if required. Please ensure that your organisation completes the payment before the workshop.  Email remittance notices to info@tatratraining.com and quote the invoice number on the remittance notice.
  • TATRA will issue a courtesy reminder email to attendees about 2 weeks before the workshop date. Note that this is only a courtesy reminder and if you, for some reason, have not received this email from us but you have registered to a workshop, you should contact us to clarify the situation.
  • Registrations at the door must be paid on the day at the registration desk. You will be asked to fill out the registration form and complete the payment before you join the group.

Cancellation Policy

  • Only cancellations in writing will be accepted (an email is fine).
  • No refund will be given for cancelling less than 5 working days before a workshop.
  • The cancellation policy is final and non-negotiable.
  • All refunds incur $55 cancellation fee.
  • Registrations are transferable to another person in full.
  • All courses are run subject to minimum numbers.
  • In case of workshop cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, flight cancellations etc., credits towards another workshop will be issued.
  • All credits are valid for 6 months.
  • Credits are not redeemable for cash.

Online Workshops

  • Payment for online workshops is accepted via credit card (Visa/Mastercard) or PayPal.
  • Video content is accessible via streaming on TATRA’s website only. You can log-in to your account and access your purchased content via the “Log-in/Profile” button at the top of our website.
  • PowerPoint slides and supplemental material is available to download from the website.
  • A certificate of completion will be generated once you have marked all sessions as “Complete” and completed the Evaluation.
