You’ll learn about the brain circuits that contribute to stress, and how you can take small steps to actually change the activity and chemistry of your brain. We’ll explore the counterintuitive idea of how it can actually be good to focus on the worst-case scenario. And we’ll cover how your values actually keep your brain from being overwhelmed by stress. You will learn strategies that can help you increase your positive emotions and give you a whole new outlook on life. You’ll learn what to do in order to increase serotonin and to activate key emotional circuits.
