If you wish to pay via Paypal or credit card you may register online. Simply click the ‘Book Course’ button on the course page and complete the checkout process.

1.  Remember to register with us first

Some people follow their internal protocols and do all that is required by their organisation but forget to register with TATRA!  It is important to us that we know that you are coming as we want to properly book a place for you.

2. Don’t forget to give us proper instructions in regards to sending a tax invoice

Please make sure that we have your Accounts Payable address and/or purchase order number if required.

3. Cancellation policy

No refund will be given for cancelling less than 5 working days before a workshop. Only cancellations in writing will be accepted (email is fine). TATRA regrets difficult personal circumstances that prevent people from attending, however the logistics of event management prevent TATRA from assuming responsibility for these contingencies.


  • Payments are accepted by cheque, money order, direct debit or credit card.
  • Prices on our website include GST.
  • Please note that credit card payments will incur a 2% surcharge.

If your organisation wishes to pay via direct debit we need to receive your registration details first. Please send an email to, we will then send an invoice with our banking details attached.

If you are paying via direct debit/EFT please make sure that we are able to identify your payment!
